Palace Kempenski

We are based out of the building at 23 Airport Road in Bangalore. It is the same place as The Leela Palace. This part of Bangalore is always busy, especially with the airport traffic nearby. We have our small corner in the building where we handle the administrative side of things. It’s a very different world inside than it is outside on the noisy road. We spend most of our time at our desks, keeping track of schedules and making sure things are running the way they should. The office isn't huge, but it is comfortable enough. We’ve been at this address for quite some time now. We see guests coming and going all day long, but we mostly stay in our back office area. Sometimes the traffic on Airport Road is so bad that it takes us forever to get in, but that is just Bangalore life. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in our workspace. It is mostly just shelves of binders and computer monitors. We usually bring our lunch from home and eat together in the small break area. It is a steady job and we like the people we work with. There is no corporate speak here, just us trying to stay on top of the work. It’s a professional environment but we keep it friendly and relaxed among ourselves. We don't put on any airs about where we work every single day.
