We spend most of our time out here on Magadi Main Road. It’s a busy spot right by Byadarahalli. Being right opposite the police station makes it easy for people to find us when they’re driving past, which is a plus. Pacific Granites Ltd has been here for a while now. Most days it’s just us moving heavy slabs around. Making sure things are sorted for the next load takes up most of the morning. The dust gets everywhere. That’s just how it is with stone, honestly. You get used to the noise of the traffic on Magadi Road after a few hours of working. We don’t have any fancy offices. It's just the yard and the granite. People stop by when they’re building something new or maybe fixing up an old house. We talk about what’s in stock and what we can get moved. It’s straightforward work, nothing too special. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit messy. It especially gets bad when it rains hard on the main road, but we keep going anyway. It’s a local operation, nothing too complicated. We’ve got the trucks coming in and out. There’s always someone around the yard to help out if a customer pulls up unexpectedly. It’s mostly just making sure the pieces look right and the measurements are what they need to be. No big speeches, just the daily routine of running a granite yard in this part of town. We see the same faces often. It's a long day, but we get through it together.
