P V Shastri Associates

P V Shastri Associates is in the Manipal Centre on Dickenson Road. We are in the South Block, room S612. It’s a big building with a lot of different offices, so sometimes people get lost looking for the right elevator. The office itself is full of tall filing cabinets and stacks of papers that seem to never go away. We have some old desks and chairs that have been around since we first moved in. It’s usually quiet inside because everyone is busy reading or typing something up. From the window, you can see the traffic moving on Dickenson Road, which is always busy. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. If you come by, you just walk in and someone will look up from their work to talk to you. We spend our days dealing with various bits of paperwork and making sure everything is filed correctly. The Manipal Centre is an old landmark, and we’ve been tucked away in this corner of the South Block for quite a while now. We don’t really do any marketing or have a big website. Most people who come to see us are people who have been here before or were told about us by a friend. It’s a lot of focused work and not much else happens during the day. We just try to get through the files before it is time to head home for the evening and join the traffic.
