Our office is located in Bangalore City, units 201 and 206. P D S Logistics is what we do, which mostly means moving stuff from one place to another. It sounds simple but it involves a lot of paperwork and tracking. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and warehouse people. The office is usually full of files and lists. We’ve got two units because one wasn't enough for all the stuff we have to keep track of. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes. We aren't a big fancy international firm with a skyscraper. We are just a team working out of these rooms. Logistics can be a headache when things get delayed, so we’re always on the phone. We don't have a polished website or big ads. Word of mouth is usually how people find us. We know the city routes well and how to get things through the system. It’s a lot of coordination. We drink tea, answer calls, and check our manifests. Some days are long, especially when shipments are late. But that’s just how the business goes. We stay focused on the boxes and the destinations. It’s practical, everyday work for us. We try to be helpful when things go wrong. It happens more than you'd think in this business. We just keep at it and make sure things arrive.
