We are situated on Vittal Mallya Road, specifically within the GIDC Industrial Estate at number 15. This part of town is definitely more industrial, so there are a lot of trucks and workers moving around all day. The building is a functional, grey structure that fits right in with the rest of the estate. It’s not a place you’d come for the view, but it’s a solid spot for getting work done. Inside, the office is quite spacious, though we’ve filled much of it with filing cabinets and heavy desks. The air is often filled with the sounds of the nearby factories and the distant hum of machinery. We’ve been here for a long time and the routine is pretty much set. We arrive, check the mail, and get started on our advisory work. It is a very practical environment. We don't have any art on the walls or fancy rugs. It is just a place for business.
