Being in Bangalore - 32, we are in a pretty active part of the city. We handle financial tasks, which means a lot of numbers and spreadsheets every single day. The office is inside an apartment building, so it feels a bit more like a home than a big corporate tower. It’s a bit noisy outside with the Dinnur Main Road traffic, but we get used to it. We aren't a massive bank or anything like that. We are just a team working on financial solutions for the people who need them. It’s mostly paperwork and digital files. We don't have a fancy reception desk with a bowl of mints. It’s just us and our desks. We’ve been here in R.T. Nagar for quite some time. Most of us know the local lunch spots pretty well. We don't have a scripted way of talking to people. We just try to be clear about the financial stuff, which can be confusing for some. There isn't any magic to what we do.
