Our office for Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd is located at number 10 on the 1st Main road. We’re right at the 5th Cross in Nanjappa Layout, which is part of the Adugodi area in Bangalore. It’s a pretty standard local street, nothing too special to look at, but it works for us. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The building is simple and we occupy a space that’s just right for our small team. We handle a lot of financial processing and data work here. It’s mostly quiet except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood—dogs barking or someone selling vegetables from a cart. We like it that way because it doesn’t feel like we’re stuck in some cold, corporate environment. We just have our computers and some filing cabinets and we get on with things. There isn't much room for a lobby, so we just meet whoever comes by right at the door. Parking is always a bit tricky on 5th Cross, so most of us just take the bus or ride scooters. It’s a practical place to work and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the building, like the way the lights sometimes flicker when the power switches over. We just do what we need to do and go home. It’s a good, honest way to spend the workday in Bangalore.
