We operate Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt Ltd out of Mgm Apartments in Chikkalsandra. Specifically, we're in Flat Aa4, number 81, over in Naidu’s Layout. It’s tucked away in Banashankhari III Stage, which is a nice part of Bangalore to be in. The apartment building is fairly easy to find once you get into the layout. We’ve set up our workspace here because it’s quiet and lets us focus on the financial work we need to do. It’s a regular apartment, so it has that lived-in feel, which I think makes the team feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in a glass building downtown. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and use the kitchen area for breaks. The commute for most of us isn't too bad, though Bangalore traffic is always a bit of a gamble. Sometimes the delivery guys get confused between the different blocks in Mgm Apartments, but they eventually figure it out. We don’t have any big meetings or anything like that here. It’s just us doing the daily grind with the numbers and files. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some trees, which is fine for a day's work. It’s a simple, functional space that suits us well. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the workload every day.
