You can find us at number 45 on K.K. Street in Ulsoor. This part of Bangalore is always moving, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work and the traffic starts building up. We are tucked away here, dealing with the daily tasks that come with running a place like this. It’s not the big glass building some might expect; it’s more of a local spot where we know most of the neighbors. The street can be a bit narrow, so parking is always a headache for everyone, but we manage. My uncle started things around here and we just kept it going. We handle guests and phone calls all day long. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore catches us off guard and we have to scurry to close the windows before the floors get wet. The walls have been painted a few times, but they still have that old character. We don't use any of those big fancy systems for everything; a lot of it is just notes on paper and remembering people's faces. If you walk down from the main Ulsoor area, it’s a short walk. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and making sure everything is tidy enough for whoever walks through the door. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who’ve been here for many years.
