NKB Advisors LLP is based over in Girinagar. The address is 4th Main, 8th Cross, BDA Layout. We are at number 333 in the Sapthagiri Avalahalli Extension, which is part of Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bangalore 560085. It’s a traditional part of the city. We like being in a BDA Layout because the roads are laid out clearly, though Girinagar can still be a bit of a maze if you aren’t used to it. Our office is just a standard building where we handle all our advising work. We have a few rooms set up for different tasks. There’s a lot of paper around because of the nature of what we do. It’s mostly reading through documents and talking to people about their plans. We don’t have any flashy signage. We just come in, do the work, and head home. The area is quite peaceful compared to the tech hubs. You see people going to the temple or the market nearby. It’s a very local atmosphere. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The building has its quirks, like the door that sticks in the rain, but it’s ours. We usually have the windows open to let the breeze in. It feels like a proper neighborhood business. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just provide advice and help people figure out their stuff from this office on 4th Main. It’s a steady routine for us and we like the pace here. We plan to stay a long time.
