Our branch of Nitco Tiles Ltd is located at 48 Third Cross, Church Road, in the Kothanoor Dinne area of J P Nagar 8th Phase. Bangalore is big, and this part of the city has grown so much since we first set up here. Our space is simple and functional. We have a lot of samples out on the floor so people can see the textures and colors for themselves. It’s not a high-end showroom with bright lights; it feels more like a workshop or a busy office. We get a lot of local residents coming in because they are building houses nearby. Usually, we are busy answering questions about durability or how many boxes are needed for a specific room size. We don't have any prepared speeches or sales tactics. We just show you what we have and let you decide. The paperwork can be a bit of a grind, especially when we are dealing with large shipments coming in. Sometimes the office gets a little messy with all the catalogs and broken tile bits, but we try to keep it decent for visitors. It’s a steady kind of life here, just managing the tiles and making sure people get what they paid for. We’ve been in J P Nagar long enough to know how the local demand goes throughout the year and we just keep at it every single day.
