We are Nitco Tiles Ltd over in Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore. The address is 16/17 Sunder Nivas, right on the 3rd Cross in the S R V Layout. It is easy to find if you look for the Mei building right across from us. This part of Bangalore is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is where we handle the day-to-day stuff, mostly coordinating between the factory and the people who need tiles for their new homes or offices. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting the orders right. We have stacks of sample books and loose tiles everywhere you look. It’s not a very fancy setup, just a couple of desks and a lot of samples. We’ve been here for a long time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. People usually call us first and then come over to see the actual colors in person. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually sort through the inventory. We don't use any big marketing tricks; we just tell people what we have in stock and how long it will take to get to them. It’s a regular job, and we try to do it without making things too complicated for anyone who walks through the door. It is just about getting the right tiles to the right place.
