At Neural Systems Pvt Ltd, we are located in the Jigani Phase 2 Industrial Area, specifically at Chandigarh 65. It’s a bit of an industrial setting, surrounded by other factories and workshops, which suits the kind of technical work we do. We deal with systems and hardware, so having a bit of space is helpful. The office inside the unit is where we handle the software side of things. It’s often a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but we keep our workstations clean. We’ve been operating out of this Jigani location for a few years now. The staff mostly comes in on motorcycles, and we usually have a quick chat outside before starting the day. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather spend that on better tools for our work. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we have a few big fans going. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to make sure the systems we build actually work like they’re supposed to. It’s honest work, and we enjoy the challenge of solving problems in an industrial park like this. It feels like we are part of the actual production world, making things that actually serve a purpose for the people using them.
