Our office is tucked away in Jeevan Bhima Nagar at M-20. It's a quiet area mostly, being part of the LIC Colony near the HAL 3rd Stage. Neugen Design Systems has been operating from this 10th Main Road location for several years. The space is filled with workstations and drawing boards where the team spends most of the day. We deal with various design systems and technical layouts. It’s not a flashy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Instead, it’s a functional place where we focus on the projects at hand. Most of us have been working here a long time, so we know the routine. The morning starts with tea and a look at the current design files. Sometimes we have clients coming in to check on progress, and we just sit around the main table to go over the prints. The neighborhood is nice because of the trees, though parking can be a bit of a headache on 10th Main. We handle a lot of the back-end technical work that people don't usually see. It requires a lot of sitting and looking at screens, making sure every measurement is right. We don't spend much time on decorations or fancy furniture. The focus is always on the drawings and the systems we are building. It’s a steady pace of work here in HAL 3rd Stage. We just keep our heads down and get the designs finished as they come in.
