It’s a functional space where the team spends most of the day on the phone or working on spreadsheets. We aren't into big marketing speeches. We just handle the appliances and the service requests that come through. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding a place to park because the road is so busy. We've got a small pantry where we make coffee to keep us going through the long afternoons. Most people find us because we are so close to the mall. It’s a straightforward operation and we don't try to make it seem more polished than it is. We just want to get the repairs and sales sorted out for the day.
