Kent Ro

This Kent Ro service point is on the 2nd Floor at Coles Road 72/2 in Whitefield. It’s a bit of a hike up the stairs, especially if you’re carrying a heavy unit for repair. We deal with all sorts of water issues that people in Whitefield face. The dust and the construction in this area seem to get into everything, including the water systems. Our workspace is pretty simple, with a couple of long benches where we take the purifiers apart. There’s usually a pile of old filters waiting to be thrown out and a stack of new ones ready to go. We keep the windows open but the noise from Coles Road can be a lot sometimes. Most of the day is spent testing sensors and making sure the seals are tight. We don't really have a lobby or a waiting room, so it’s more of a functional workshop. The technicians are usually coming and going, grabbing their toolkits and heading out to different apartments. We have a small kettle for making coffee when we get a break. It’s a busy little office and we try to keep things organized, even if it looks a bit cluttered with all the wires and spare parts. Being on the second floor means we have a decent view of the street, but we’re usually too busy looking at circuit boards to notice much.
