Navya Industries

Navya Industries is based out of Kamakshi Palya at 65/2. It’s a pretty standard industrial spot. If you come by, you’ll hear the noise of the machines before you even get inside. We do a lot of manufacturing work here. The floor is always covered in some kind of shavings or oil, and we just sweep it up at the end of the shift. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty within five minutes of starting. We don't have any air conditioning, so the fans are always running, even if they just move the warm air around. Kamakshi Palya is full of places like ours, so there’s always trucks and bikes moving through the lanes. We have a small corner where we keep the ledger and a water cooler. It’s not a place for sitting down much. Most of the time we are on our feet. We don't really follow a strict schedule; we just work until the job is finished for the day. Sometimes we stay late if a machine breaks down and needs fixing. It’s just the way it goes when you’re running a small industrial unit. We’ve been at this location for years and the walls are covered in marks from moving heavy equipment. It’s a practical place for practical work, nothing more than that. We just focus on the machines and getting the orders out on time.
