About National Sellet & Garnite – Building & Construction Material in Bengaluru
Our shop is tucked away at 28/1 in Adugodi, not too far from the old Navrang Cinema. It’s a busy part of town, especially with MICO nearby. We deal with a lot of granite and stone every day, so there’s always a bit of grit on the floor and noise from the cutting machines. It’s a small operation here in Raopura. We mostly spend our time moving heavy slabs around and trying to keep them from chipping. It’s not easy work and our backs definitely feel it by the end of the week. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the narrow lane, which causes a bit of a headache for the neighbors and the local traffic. We try to be quick about it. People come in looking for pieces for their homes, and we just show them what we have in stock at the moment. Some days are quiet, just us organizing the yard, and other days it feels like everyone is stopping by at once. We don’t have a fancy showroom with lights. It’s just a warehouse feel where the stone is the main thing you see. We’ve been at this for a while now, watching the neighborhood grow around us. The dust is just part of the job, and we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just keep the doors open and see who comes through the gate today.
