Nandish Associates

Nandish Associates is located at number 25 in the 12th Block of Kumara Park West. It’s a nice enough area, quite residential and leafy in parts. Our office is a modest space that fits us just right. We don’t have a lot of extra room, so we have to stay organized. There are a couple of us here most days, shuffling papers and taking calls. The building itself is older, which gives it a bit of character. You might notice some peeling paint or a squeaky door, but we don't mind. It feels lived in. We’ve had this same address for years. People in the neighborhood recognize us when we walk to lunch. We usually go to one of the small places nearby for a quick meal. The pace of work here is steady. We aren't rushing around like crazy, but we aren't sitting idle either. It’s a balance. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, and we just take a break until it comes back. That's life in this part of town. We don't have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets it. It’s informal and easygoing. We like keeping things simple without any unnecessary complications or fancy talk about goals. We just focus on getting through the stack of folders on the desk and making sure things are handled correctly before we leave.
