Nandhana Grand is situated at 318, 5th Block, in the 5th Cross area of B S K 3rd Stage. This is right in the heart of Katriguppe, Bangalore. The pin code is 560085. We have been a part of this neighborhood for quite a long time. People around here know us well. It’s a busy spot with lots of foot traffic and cars zooming by. We aren't a big international corporation. We are just a local business that’s been around the block a few times. Our building is easy to find because it’s right there on the corner. Inside, things are pretty straightforward. We don't have any of those fancy modern decorations or a polished corporate look. It’s just a functional space where we handle our daily operations. Our staff is mostly local people who have been with us for years. We don't really do the whole "mission and vision" thing. We just focus on getting through the day and making sure the work is done properly. Sometimes the place gets a bit crowded and noisy, but that’s just part of being in Bangalore. We like the energy of the 3rd Phase. It feels like a real part of the city. We don't spend money on big advertisements. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here at Katriguppe for years and people know what to expect when they walk through our doors.
