N. S. Impex

Kamalanagar is where we set up shop, specifically at No. 48 on the 2nd Cross. It’s a residential-feeling area but there are a few businesses like ours mixed in. The street is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you have a big vehicle. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to move things in and out. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the sound of the ceiling fan. We have a lot of samples lying around on the side tables. We try to keep things tidy, but when a big order comes through, the whole place gets covered in bubble wrap and tape. It’s a small operation, really. Just a couple of people who have been working together for years. We know each other’s habits, like who takes their coffee black and who forgets to lock the back door. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to get the day's work done properly so we can go home to our families. The 2nd Cross is a friendly place; we know the lady who sells flowers at the corner and the guy who runs the grocery store. It feels like a neighborhood business even though we deal with things going far away. We just focus on N. S. Impex and making sure we don't miss any details on the shipping forms.
