If you look behind Manyatha Tech Park, you will find us at Rach Devarjeevanalli. The exact spot is Survey No 14/42 in Gulave Wasti. It’s a bit of a tucked-away area compared to the main tech hubs, which makes it feel a little different once you get past the gates. We spend a lot of time walking around the grounds, checking on the plants and making sure the water pipes are doing what they are supposed to do. The area has changed quite a bit since we first started here, with new buildings popping up all the time. Sometimes the dust from nearby construction gets everywhere, but that is part of being in this part of town. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure the place stays running. The residents come and go, mostly people working at the tech park nearby. It is a simple setup really. We keep the keys, manage the daily maintenance, and talk to the guards at the entrance. On rainy days, the path can get a bit muddy, but we try to keep it clear. Living or working near the survey number 14/42 means you get used to the hum of the city in the distance. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks like fixing leaks or organizing the parking. It’s practical work and doesn't need much explanation beyond that. It’s a quiet life here.
