We’re located on Graphite India Road, near Dharmaram College in Hoodi Village 12. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address. The area is quite industrial and busy with trucks. Our office is inside a building that’s seen a lot of history. It’s not the newest place, but it has character. We spend most of our time working on systems and technical projects. There’s about twelve of us here on a full day. We have a small balcony where some of the guys go to take a break and look at the traffic. It’s a bit dusty because of the road work nearby. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment, just the stuff we need to get our tasks done. The lights flicker sometimes, but we’ve learned to ignore it. We keep things pretty simple. No big meetings, just a lot of talking across the room. We don't use any complicated management software; we just write things down on a whiteboard. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Most of us have been in this industry for years, so we’ve seen it all. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just show up at Hoodi Village every morning and get through the list of things that need fixing or building. It’s a steady routine and it suits our small team just fine.
