Mythri Plastics

Mythri Plastics is located over in Srirampuram, right in the middle of Lokhandwala Market at number 3. It is a crowded area, so finding us can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't used to the narrow lanes. We have been operating out of this shop for a long time. The space is filled from floor to ceiling with all kinds of plastic goods, from buckets and bins to small containers for the kitchen. It smells a bit like new plastic in here, which I guess is expected. We spend most of the morning unloading crates and trying to find places to stack things so people can actually walk through the door. The market gets very busy on weekends, so those are our longest days. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work. My cousin helps me out most days, and we take turns going out to get coffee from the vendor across the street. The floor is concrete and stays cool even when the sun is beating down on the roof. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the physical shop where people can come and see what we have. Sometimes the delivery trucks get stuck in the traffic outside, which delays everything, but that’s just how it goes in Srirampuram. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the orders right for the local shops that buy from us regularly.
