Muneshwara Painting Works

We are based at 6 Chikkalasandra, right near Chaphekar Chowk. It is a lively spot and there is always something going on outside our door. We do all kinds of painting work around here. Our shop is small and filled with the smell of thinner and wet paint most of the time. We have a few ladders leaning against the wall and stacks of drop cloths in the corner. It isn't the cleanest place because of the nature of what we do, but we know where everything is. We usually head out early in the morning to beat the heat. Dealing with different types of walls and weather keeps us on our toes. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because the rain starts or the wall is in bad shape. We don't have a big corporate setup; it's just a few of us who know how to handle a brush properly. We’ve been working in Chikkalasandra for a good while, so we know the local houses and the people who live in them. We just focus on getting the paint on the walls and making sure it stays there for a long time. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. People know they can find us at the chowk if they need something done. We just keep our heads down and get the job finished.
