Our place, Mukund Stone Pvt. Ltd., is over in the Jigani Industrial Area on Road No-3. If you know where the Otis Circle is, we are just near there at No-55. This part of Anekal Taluk is always moving with trucks and big machinery. We deal with a lot of stone slabs every single day. Most mornings start with checking the stock and seeing what needs to be moved or cut for the orders we have on hand. It is mostly heavy lifting and making sure the slabs don't crack when the crane is moving them. The ground is usually covered in white slurry from the water used in the cutting machines. It gets messy, especially when it rains. We have been in this spot for some time now. We aren't really into big talk or sales pitches. People come to us because they need stone for their projects, and we show them what is available in the yard. Sometimes a batch of granite looks one way, and the next one looks a bit different because that is just how natural stone is. We tell people that straight away so there are no surprises later. The industrial area can be a bit loud and dusty, but it’s where the work happens. We stay busy with the local contractors and the builders who know where to find us. It is just regular work for us, day in and day out, making sure the stone gets where it needs to go.
