Our office is located at 833, 1st Cross, in the 7th Block 2nd Phase of B/Sk 3rd Stage. It’s in the Hosakere Halli area of Bangalore-560 085. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s easy to find once you’re in the neighborhood. M/S Pradhan Marcantiles Pvt. Ltd. has a modest space here. We aren't in one of those shiny glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We are in a regular street with houses and small shops all around. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the office is filled with the sound of people talking and the hum of the computers. We’ve got stacks of folders and ledgers because we still like to keep physical copies of things. It’s just how we’ve always done it. The staff is local, and we usually have our lunch together in the small break area. It’s a friendly atmosphere, not very formal. We don’t have a big human resources department or a PR team. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk it through. The traffic in Hosakere Halli can be a bit much in the evenings, so we try to finish up and head out before it gets too crazy. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place to work. We just focus on our daily chores and making sure everything is accounted for. It’s a busy life, but we like the routine we’ve built here.
