Motorola Service Center

Our Motorola Service Center is situated in Indira Nagar 20th B Main, 8th Block 60. This part of the city is always buzzing with activity from morning until night. We see a lot of people coming in with cracked screens or phones that won't turn on. The waiting area has a few plastic chairs and a water dispenser that usually needs a refill. It’s a small space, so it can feel a bit cramped when five or six people are waiting at the same time. The technicians work in the back room behind a glass partition. You can hear the sound of small screwdrivers and the smell of soldering wire sometimes. We try to keep track of all the repair jobs on a whiteboard, though it gets messy by the end of the day. The street outside, 20th B Main, is usually lined with parked scooters and cars. Finding a spot to park is always a challenge for anyone coming here. We open up mid-morning and stay until the evening. Sometimes we run out of specific spare parts and have to wait for the courier to bring them in from the main warehouse. It's a repetitive cycle of diagnosing problems and trying to fix them as quickly as we can. We aren't a big corporate hub, just a local point where people bring their gadgets when they stop working properly. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background to pass the time.
