Monarch Luxur Hotel

Our place is on the first floor at 1213/1 on Avalahalli Main Road. We are located in the Srinagar area of Bangalore, which is a 560050 pincode. It’s a busy road, so there is always the sound of horns and engines in the background, but you get used to it after a few days. The office itself is not very large, but we have enough space for the staff to do their work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who come up the stairs to see us. It’s a very local feel here, not like those big corporate offices in the tech parks. We have a few old wooden desks and some cupboards that are stuffed with files from over the years. The stairs can be a bit steep, so we always tell people to watch their step. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the building inside and out. Srinagar is a nice neighborhood to be in, and we have good relations with the other shop owners on the street. We just focus on keeping the daily operations running smoothly without making a big deal out of it. It’s a practical, everyday kind of place and we like the honesty of the work we do here. Most of us take the bus or ride a scooter to get in.
