Miya Plastics

We’ve been setting up shop here on Magadi Road for quite some time now. You can find us right in the SBI lane, not too far from Vastrapur Lake. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when people are out for walks. Miya Plastics isn't a big fancy operation or anything like that. We just have a lot of plastic goods stacked up and we try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when a big shipment comes in. The shop is small and sometimes the fan doesn't work as well as it should in the heat. Most of the people who come by are from the neighborhood or just passing through the park area. We spend most of our day moving crates around or counting stock. It’s honest work, even if the dust from the road gets everywhere. My cousin helps me out on most afternoons. We don’t have a website or anything like that because we prefer just talking to people face to face. It’s easier that way to understand what someone needs. Sometimes we run out of things and have to wait for the truck, but that’s just how it goes. We like being near the lake, even if the mosquitoes get bad after sunset. It's just us here, doing what we do every day since we opened up. Nothing more to it really. Just a local place in a busy lane.
