If you are looking for Mindteck India Ltd, we are over at 347 on the ground floor. We’re right at the corner of 52nd Cross and 8th Main in the 4th Block of Rajajinagar. It’s a pretty well-established part of Bangalore, so there are plenty of shops and places to eat around here. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in, though we are usually busy with our technical work. The office isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to do. We’ve got rows of desks and a small area for meetings that usually turns into more desk space. It’s a bit of a maze with all the wires and computers. Rajajinagar is a nice area, quite different from the newer parts of the city. It has a bit more character. We don't really follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. Most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. We handle engineering and tech projects, so there is always something complicated going on. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a project, but that's just how it goes in this industry. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one so people know they are in the right place. It’s a practical, no-nonsense office where we focus on getting the job done properly for whoever needs our help on any given day. We just try to keep things simple and clear.
