Micron Systems & Controls Pvt Ltd is based out of Sunkadakatte, at number 9122. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of movement. Our building is a simple one, nothing that would stand out to a stranger passing by. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of wires. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out technical problems. It’s quiet work for the most part, though sometimes we have a laugh over something someone said. We don't have a big cafeteria, so we usually just eat our lunch at our desks or go to the small stall down the road. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other's families and what we did over the weekend. We’ve been at this Sunkadakatte address for years. The floor is a bit worn in places where we’ve moved the chairs back and forth a thousand times. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and maybe a few old photos. When the power goes out, we just wait it out and talk. It’s a grounded kind of place. We don't pretend to be something we aren't. We just do our technical work and head home when the clock hits five. It’s a decent way to earn a living and we’re happy to be here.
