At Micrologix Embedded Controls Pvt Ltd, we are mostly focused on the technical side of embedded systems. It is the kind of work that requires a lot of sitting still and looking at small parts under a light. The area around here is always crowded with trucks and people moving goods, so getting to the office can be a bit of a challenge some mornings. We have been in this part of Bangalore for quite some time now. The building is functional, nothing more. We have a few workbenches where we do the assembly and testing. It isn't a glamorous setup, just a place where work gets done. Lunch is usually whatever we brought from home or something from the small stalls nearby. The team is small, and we all know what needs to be done without having to talk about it too much. Sometimes the power goes out or things get delayed, but that is just part of being in an industrial zone like Peenya. We just take things as they come and try to stay on top of the schedule. It is a steady routine of designing, checking, and re-checking. Most of our tools are old but they still work fine for the tasks we have every day.
