We are based out in Marsur Village, specifically in the Anekal Subharam Industrial Estate. Our facility covers plots 170/1 and 330/3. Being out here in Anekal is different from being in the city center. It’s a bit more open, though the industrial estate itself is quite packed with different companies. Micro Plastics Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for a while. The commute out here can be long depending on where you're coming from, but we’re used to it. The air has that industrial smell, and there’s always the sound of machinery somewhere in the distance. Our space is divided between the production area and a small office. It’s not a fancy office. There are some old desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of samples lying around. We spend a lot of time on the floor checking things. The numbers 170/1 and 330/3 are what you look for when you're navigating the estate roads. It’s a lot of concrete and metal. We have our routine. The gates open early, and the shift starts. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of people, just a local outfit doing plastics work. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is common out here, so we just manage. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but this is our home. We just keep the machines running and the orders moving.
