Mercure Homesteads Residences (Accor Group)

We are located at 355, right opposite Agara Lake in Agara Village. This is in the Horamavu Post area of Bangalore, with the pin code 560043. Being part of the Accor Group means we follow certain ways of doing things, but our day-to-day life at Mercure Homesteads Residences is very local. The lake across the road is a big part of the scenery here, although the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours. We spend a lot of time making sure the residences are ready for the people who stay here. It is a mix of long-term guests and people just passing through. Our staff is mostly made up of folks who live nearby and understand the area. We don't have a lot of corporate jargon; we just focus on keeping the place tidy and making sure the water and electricity are working like they should. The building itself is quite noticeable once you get past the Agara gate. Sometimes the Bangalore rain causes a bit of a mess in the driveway, and we have to get out there with mops. It is a busy place, but we try to keep a calm atmosphere for everyone. We have our small office in the back where we handle the bookings and the accounts. It is a lot of routine work, but it keeps the place running smoothly. We just take each day as it comes.
