Meera Plastic Industries

Meera Plastic Industries is tucked away in Agrahara Dasarahalli at number 695/2. It’s a bit of a hidden spot if you don’t know the area well. We’ve got our machines set up here, and they run for most of the day. It gets a bit warm inside when everything is going, but we’ve got fans to keep the air moving. This isn't a place for suits or ties. We wear work clothes because things can get a bit messy. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time. The street outside is narrow, so we have to be careful when trucks are coming in or out. We know all the other shop owners nearby. We usually grab lunch from the small place down the corner. Our work is pretty repetitive, but it’s what we know. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office. Most of our space is taken up by materials and the products we’re working on. It’s a practical environment. When something breaks, we fix it ourselves. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us, the people who show up and do the work. The address 695/2 has been on our letterhead for as long as I can remember. We just focus on getting the orders out and keeping the machines running. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it keeps us going.
