Mcdowell & Co. Ltd. is located over at Le Parc Richmonde on 51 Richmond Road. This part of town is a bit different from the industrial areas. It’s a bit more built up, but we still keep things pretty low-key inside our space. The office isn't overly fancy. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paperwork that seems to never end. Being at 51 Richmond Road means we are easy to get to, which is nice for when people need to drop off documents or have a quick meeting. We’ve been operating from here for quite a while now. The building is solid, though the elevator acts up sometimes. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing very well. We are just a group of people working together to keep the business running. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know each other’s habits. We take our lunch breaks together when we can. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing, and other times it's dead silent. We just take it as it comes. It’s a steady pace here at Le Parc Richmonde. We don't have big flashy signs everywhere. We just have our name on the door and we do our work. It’s a practical way to run things, and it works for us. There's a small park nearby where some of us go to get some fresh air during the afternoon. It’s a nice little break from the computers and the ringing phones.
