Maruthi Poly Pack

Our place is located at Viswaneedam 1, and we’ve been working with packaging materials for a while. It’s a bit of a noisy environment with the machines running most of the day. We spend a lot of time checking rolls and making sure everything is cut right. It isn’t a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The floor is usually covered in some scraps, no matter how much we sweep. We deal with different types of poly packs, mostly for other local businesses that need to wrap their goods. Sometimes the orders are big, and we have to stay late to finish them up. Other days are quieter. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back working. It’s a practical setup. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but it works for what we need. We’ve had the same few guys working here for years. We know the machines inside out. If one breaks, we usually fix it ourselves. Dealing with plastic and packaging means we’re always looking at stock levels. It gets hot in the summer, but we keep the doors open. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the orders done right and on time. It’s steady work. Every day is the same routine and we like it that way.
