Maruthi Marble & Granites

We are located at 27 Jala Hobli Shakdi Sheri, over in the Manekchowk area. You can’t miss us because we’re right opposite the government school. It’s quite a sight during the day when the kids are out playing or coming to class. At Maruthi Marble & Granites, our yard is full of big slabs of stone. We spend most of our time moving these heavy pieces around and showing people the different patterns in the marble. It’s dusty work, and there’s always the sound of stone being cut or loaded onto a truck. We don't have a shiny office; we mostly stay out where the stones are so we can see what we’re doing. People come by looking for something for their kitchens or floors, and we just walk around the yard with them. Manekchowk is a local spot with a lot of history, and we feel like we’ve become a part of the scenery here. Sometimes the school gets loud, or the traffic on the narrow street slows down a delivery, but we don't mind. We prefer this kind of work over sitting at a desk all day. Dealing with natural stone means every piece is a bit different, which keeps things interesting for us. We just give people a fair price and help them load up their trucks as best as we can. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it a long time now.
