Maple Tamarind Hospitality

We operate out of the Banaswadi Industrial Area, specifically at number 1. It might seem like a strange place for a hospitality business, being surrounded by factories and warehouses, but it works for us. We’ve been here for a good while now, handling all sorts of things related to food and hosting. The area is always buzzing with trucks and workers, so there’s never a quiet moment during the day. Our office is pretty basic, with a few desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. We aren't the type of company with a glass building and a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll find us in the back making sure the supplies are coming in on time or talking to the kitchen staff about the day's schedule. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. Sometimes things get a bit messy, especially when we have big orders going out at the same time. We don't have a marketing department to write pretty things about us. We just rely on doing the job right so people come back. The dust from the industrial area gets in everywhere, so we’re always cleaning. It’s a tough environment, but we’ve built a solid routine here. We just focus on getting the hospitality side of things done without making a big fuss about it. Being in 560043 keeps us on our toes every single day.
