Manish Marble & Ceramic

Our shop, Manish Marble & Ceramic, is located right on Hosur Road, just opposite 5th Cross in Wilson Garden. It’s a busy spot, and the traffic noise is something we just got used to over the years. We have a lot of ceramic tiles piled up inside, and the marble is stacked where we can get to it easily. Wilson Garden is a good place to be, even if parking is a bit of a headache sometimes. We spend most of our time showing people the difference between various finishes. Some tiles are slippery when wet, and we try to point that out so nobody ends up falling in their own bathroom. It’s just a regular shop with a lot of heavy stock. We don’t do any of that fancy lighting you see in big showrooms. We just use the natural light coming through the front door so people can see the real colors. Sometimes we’re busy unloading a truck, and other times it’s quiet enough to sit and have some tea. We get all kinds of folks coming in, from people building their first small house to contractors who need a lot of stuff at once. We just write down the orders in our ledger and try to keep things organized. It’s a lot of walking back and forth on hard floors, so our feet are usually tired by closing time.
