Mamatha Industries

Working in the Peenya Industrial Area is a bit of an experience. If you’ve ever been down towards A-15, you know it’s mostly just dust and the sound of heavy metal hitting metal all day. That’s where Mamatha Industries sits. We’ve been in this building for quite some time. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we’ve all gotten used to the noise of the machines running. We spend our days mostly on the shop floor, making sure the production lines don't get jammed up. Most of the people here live close by, so we’re all kind of like a small neighborhood within the factory. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, and the fans don't always do much, but we just keep at it. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because we’re usually too busy with the actual work. There’s always some part that needs fixing or a shipment that needs to get loaded onto a truck by the end of the shift. We aren’t some big corporate office with a lobby and a receptionist. When you come to see us, you’re probably going to find us with grease on our hands or standing near the assembly area. It’s a practical life, and we take care of the equipment as best as we can. Every day is pretty much the same routine, but that’s how we like it.
