Maithri Screens

The shop is at No. 11, right near Vinayaka Circle on the 2nd Main Road in Palace Guttahalli. If you know the area, it is a pretty familiar spot. Maithri Screens has been part of this street for quite some time now. We handle screen printing jobs, mostly for local folks who need stuff done for events or small businesses. The space inside isn't huge, but it fits our frames and the drying racks we use. It gets a bit cramped when we have a big order, but we manage. Most days, we are busy with ink and cleaning screens. Palace Guttahalli is a lively place to work. There is always someone walking by or sticking their head in to ask a question about a job. We don’t have any polished sales pitch. We just look at what needs to be printed and tell you if we can do it or not. The weather affects how fast things dry, so during the rains, we have to adjust our timing. We take our tea breaks at the circle when it gets quiet for a bit. It’s a local operation, nothing corporate about it. We know many of the neighbors by name since they’ve been coming to us for years. Working with your hands is honest work, and that is what we do here every day at Maithri Screens. No big bells or whistles, just us and the printing gear in a busy neighborhood.
