Vinodh Enterprises

Vinodh Enterprises is sitting at 21, Seppings Road, which is in the Bharati Nagar area of Shivaji Nagar. It is an older part of the city, and the building reflects that. I’ve been running things from here for a good while. We deal with various general supplies and things businesses might need. Seppings Road is usually quite lively, and you see all sorts of people passing by our door. Inside, the shop is mostly filled with boxes and items waiting to be sent out or picked up. It isn’t the most organized place in the world, but I know where everything is. Bharati Nagar is a place where people actually talk to each other, so I spend a fair amount of time just chatting with the neighbors. Shivaji Nagar has a lot of history, and being at number 21 feels like we are part of that. The shop doesn’t have any bright neon signs or anything like that. We just have our name on the front and the door is usually open. Sometimes the deliveries are late, and I have to explain that to my customers, which isn't always fun. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. I like the routine of opening up, checking the inventory, and seeing who drops in. We aren't trying to be some big company; we just want to provide what people need here on Seppings Road. It’s a practical, local operation through and through.
