Maini Group

We are located up on the 7th floor of Devatha Plaza on Residency Road. It is one of those spots in the city where everything always feels like it is moving at twice the normal speed. Getting into the building in the morning can be a bit of a challenge because of the parking situation and the general crowd on the street outside. Once you get upstairs, though, things tend to quiet down a little bit. We have been part of the Maini Group for a long time, and this particular office has seen many people come and go over the years. The windows look out over the city, and if you stand there long enough, you can see the tops of the trees and the messy roofs of other buildings nearby. It is a very practical space. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for how we actually work, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone walking in for the first time. There is almost always someone making tea or coffee in the small corner we use as a break area. We spend most of the day on the phone or working through whatever projects are sitting on the table. It is not the newest building in this part of Bangalore, but it has plenty of character. The hallways are a bit narrow, and sometimes you have to wait for the elevator during the lunch rush. We just focus on getting the work done.
