National Battery House

Our shop is on Begur Road, specifically on M T Street in Chickpet. It’s a busy, narrow part of town where there’s always a lot of loading and unloading. We have batteries of all sizes stacked up everywhere. Some are for cars, some for bikes, and we also have those big ones for home inverters. It’s a heavy job, moving these things around all day. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the street outside. We’ve been in Chickpet for years, so we know the local mechanics and the people who live nearby. If your car won't start, people usually bring their battery here for us to check. We have the testing equipment to see if it’s dead or just needs a charge. We don't try to sell you a new one if the old one still has some life in it. We also do scrap battery collection. It’s not a glamorous business. Our hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the shift. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling, and sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact model someone needs. We just give you a fair price and tell you how to maintain it so it lasts longer. It’s a practical place for people who just want their power back. We usually have the radio on to keep us company while we work.
