Maheshwari Marbles Supplies

Our place is over in Pukhraj Layout, which is just off Bannerghatta Road at 26/5 1st Cross. It is tucked away a bit, so it is not as chaotic as the main road can be. We deal mostly in marble supplies. Marble is a different kind of stone than granite, it feels a bit more delicate even though it is still very heavy. We have to be careful when we are stacking the slabs because they can mark easily. Most days start with us checking the new arrivals and making sure nothing got damaged in transit. We have been in this layout for a while and we know the neighborhood pretty well. People find us when they are doing up their floors or bathrooms. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, it is just one of us walking people through the stacks of marble. We explain how the veins look and where the pieces might fit. The warehouse is a bit cool inside, which is nice when it gets hot outside. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with the drivers. It is a lot of logistics, making sure the right slab gets to the right house at the right time. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in the Bannerghatta traffic, so we just wait and keep the gate open. We stay open until the last delivery is sorted. It is just the way we run things here.
