Magnitude Transformers

Magnitude Transformers is based in Peenya 2nd Stage, specifically at Nadakerappa Industrial Estate on Andrahalli Main Road 1. This is a real industrial zone. There are no fancy shops or cafes around here. It is all about metal, oil, and machinery. Our unit is situated right at the start of the road. We deal with transformers, which means everything we handle is heavy and requires a lot of care. The floor of Magnitude Transformers is concrete and usually has a few stains from the work we do. It’s a big open space with high ceilings to keep it cool. We don't have a lot of furniture. Just the machines and the workbenches. The sound of the industrial estate is always there—clanking metal and the hum of engines. Andrahalli Main Road can get quite congested with lorries, so we have to plan our day around the traffic. We start early when the air is still a bit fresh. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just look at the job and get it done. Sometimes we have to work on a Sunday if there is a big order to finish. We don't mind it much because the estate is quieter then. Magnitude Transformers is just a hardworking place in a hardworking part of Bangalore. We keep it simple and focus on the tasks at hand.
