We are over in Fraser Town at number 93. It’s an old building but it suits us fine. We do a lot of tech support and computer work for the folks around here. The shop is usually a bit of a mess with boxes and old monitors piled up in the corner. People come in with all sorts of problems, like their internet not working or their screens being cracked. I’ve been living and working in Fraser Town for a long time, so I know most of the faces that walk by. We have a small bench for people to sit on while they wait for a quick fix. It’s not a shiny showroom, just a place where things get repaired. Sometimes we sell some cables or mouse pads if someone needs one. The afternoon sun hits the front window pretty hard, so we keep the blinds down mostly. It’s just me and a helper most days. We talk about the local news or the new shops opening up on the main road. The work can be repetitive, but it’s interesting to see what kind of problems people bring in. We try to get things back to the owners as fast as we can because everyone needs their devices these days. It’s a simple setup, nothing too complicated about it. We just open the doors and see who needs help. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a repair that turned out to be harder than it looked at first.
