You can find us on the first floor of the building at 1 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. We are right on the New India Colony Road, which is pretty easy to navigate once you are in the area. Our shop is full of tools, spare parts, and half-repaired cooling units. We spend most of our time out on calls, fixing air conditioners and refrigeration systems for families and shops nearby. It is a job that gets very busy when the weather turns hot, and we are usually rushing from one place to another with our toolkits. The "engineers" part of our name sounds formal, but we are really just guys who like taking things apart and putting them back together so they work again. We’ve seen every kind of leak and motor failure you can imagine over the years. The office upstairs is where we take the calls and try to keep some kind of schedule, though it rarely goes exactly as planned. We don't have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who know their way around a compressor. It’s often sweaty work and we end up in some cramped spaces behind machines, but someone has to do it. We like being in this colony because we’ve gotten to know the neighbors and they know they can just call us when something stops cooling. We just keep it simple and focus on the repairs.
